In 2019, we established our architectural design studio, formerly known as Endeavour Design. Since then, our team have been dedicated to helping clients realise their visions through the expertise of our architectural designers.
As Endeavour Design grew, it became clear that the company’s vision and ambition were evolving. In 2024, a pivotal decision was made to rebrand the company as Keystone Architectural, Surveying and Developments, or KASD for short. This change symbolises a foundational role in shaping the built environment. Our new identity embodies the company’s commitment to becoming a cornerstone in the architectural industry, setting a new standard for innovation and forward-thinking design.

Steph is Keystone’s Office Manager, she has brought an impressive 15 years of administrative experience in Office Management, Human Resources, and Accounting to the practice. She is a key member of our team, and she is often the first person you will meet in our office and always seems to be smiling!
Jamaal balances his time between working at Keystone and completing his Architectural Degree. He has worked on various projects within the company from small porch extensions to multimillion-pound new builds. Jamaal is adept at thinking outside the box to maximise what clients can do within their budgets, often beating client expectations.
Tabassum is a skilled Architecture Designer who strives to bring out the full potential of our client briefs. Our clients love how she can bring their dreams to the screen in her 3D visualisations. She possesses excellent insight and an eye for detail, making her the go-to person in the office for advice.
James is our dependable and dynamic leader! He founded Keystone in 2019 (previously Endeavour Design) and has built the company to where it is today. He began his career as an Architectural Apprentice in 2001 and is now an expert in creating functional and beautiful spaces that maximize buildings’ potential.
